Question about CC state police application

I joined a few friends this weekend and took the CC training course. In looking at the state police application, it looks like I need to provide court documents from a Disturbing the Peace arrest from a bar fight about 25 years ago while attending Southeastern.
The application asks me to include "certified true copies of documentation to prove disposition." Anyone know where i go to get this information? The incident took place in Hammond so I'm trying to find out if I have to drive to Hammond or if I can have it mailed.
I'm sure someone on here has needed to provide "documentation"
Thanks for any insight.
As I side note: took the class from Muddy River Firearms and found it interesting/enjoyable. I'm not a hard core hunter/ firearm guy. The material was less technical/ detailed than I had expected would be required for certification. Instructors kept it interesting.

Might want to check with the state archives building.

Pretty sure you will have to drive down there, although you can call the clerk of court and ask.

I started by call DA's office in Lake Charles- where it happened.
I didn't remember if it was a arrest by the Sherif's Dep't arrest or City Police. They pointed me where I needed to go.
EDIT: And I called ahead. Did everything on the phone but you must pick it up, they don't mail.

I recall last year in the class hearing from the instructor about a guy that had to go thru what you are describing.
The funnist story was about a guy that had to go get info on about 5-6 divorces in several states. My wife and I had both been divorced and had to send the divorce decrees to BRLa.

I remember that scavenger hunt. Divorce decree came from one court house. The "other" papers came from courthouse I think on N. Blvd. 2nd floor. Glad thats over with.

You do not have to go there.... Call Clerk of Courts office and tell them you need an official copy of your record.... They know the drill... For a CC Permit. They may transfer you to the DA's office, they may help you. They will mail an official copy to you for $10-$15.
