A healthy roster would almost be enough by itself, IMO
A healthy roster and George Karl would be a sure thing
Add into that a 3 way deal that sends Gordon to Detroit, Josh Smith to Houston and Asik to New Orleans.
I don't mind Aminu at the 3; when we're healthy and our shooters are on the floor, we don't need him to score. Just rebound and be active on defense - he's good at both of those things. He just has to know his role.

Aminu is way to much of a liability on offense to be our starting SF. The other team just hides their worst defender on him every night.

So, you don't mind Aminu as a starter, but you want to take away an offensive guy and put in another defensive guy? Asik and Aminu on the floor at the same time would be the same abysmal offense that the team gets from the 3 and 5 right now. Aminu and Asik are both huge offensive liabilities.
Oh and to answer the OP I think the team needs health the most and a year playing together under their belt. Youngest and least healthy team in the league are the two biggest problems right now.
