Follow him to the grocery store & stop him as he is putting his bags in his car, as he checks his mailbox , as he clocks in at work, as he leaves McDonald's etc...There are MANY far more subtle/peaceful ways to pick up a suspect.

Cops have boasted about the adrenaline rush they get when serving these warrants as if though they are speaking about fricking snowboarding.

Arrest in public increases the chance of innocent civilians getting hurt.
