I love sours but I'm poor and can't spend 6-8 bucks per bottle of beer.
What fantasy world do you live in where sours are $6-$8 a bottle?

My favorite beer just got released yesterday!!!!
Boulevard Rye on Rye.
Not sure if you can get boulevard beer where you're at, but they make an awesome beer. Plus, they were just purchased by Duvel so there distribution territories should be expanding in the next couple years

Unless you're thinking that's cheap. Some go for way more. Those are the budget ones.

I snatched a couple of bottles of this last time I was at the grocery store, very good.
Their Mid Coast IPA is awesome as well, I bought like 4 of those sampler 12 packs just for the Mid Coasts

I like lolita the best. They're all good, but since in S-port Lolita is cheapest and I like it the best, it'll probably be the one I keep stocked.
To the OP: Great Raft Commotion PA is going to be my go-to drinking beer when it comes out in cans. It's really good.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't do the same thing.
And it's not like having to drink 5 80 Acres and 5 Wheats is such a terrible thing either

I think so.
Can't get any good sours down here for that price. At least not many. Goose Island stuff is way more, The Bruery just came out and they are high as well.

I am. 750s are usually $15-$25. Half sizes are like $10-$12. I don't like the cheap ones as most of the time they're back sweetened too much.
Also, this has been a very surprising OT beer thread.

Nope
Have you had their Irish Ale? I saw it for the first time at the store but I hesitated.

My current favorite is Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA. Changes all the time though.
Posted on 1/10/14 at 10:03 am to craigbiggio
I sure have, I live in Kansas City so I kind of have to drink everything they make
It is a solid beer though, especially if you like irish ales.
I'm a big fan of their Dry and Imperial Stouts too

Oh. Only two I've tried are Monks Cafe and Rodenbach since they were under 10 bucks. I'm OT poor.
