You can modify it to just use what you have now. I know you have weights, a ball, and a pull-up bar.

I posted in this thread in the early stages. Since my last post i've been on about a 6 month hiatus from working out.
Yesterday i did day 1 again. It was tough but i felt great afterwards. On to day 2 tonight.

Wrapped up another round with a recovery week last week. Taking a rest this week to reinvigorate my body and hopefully those little injuries heal up.

Looking for advice. Do most just have the 16 workouts or do you also have the Complex Upper, Complex Lower and X3 Ad Ripper DVD.

I didn't get those DVD's. I think they're s good idea so you can have more workouts. I didn't get them because they are mostly stuff from P90X2, which I already have.

The three are on 1 DVD. I probably have the other stuff also as I have the original P90X.

It depends on what you want to accomplish. X3 has made really strong and lean no mattwe how much I eat.

That sounds good. I want to drop a few pounds and increase strength. I do not need to look like a body builder.

I'm about to start another round after a layoff of a couple of months. My diet was my problem last time, so I'm interested in using a meal replacement Shake to help with weight loss. Other than Shakeology, anyone have recommendations? Anyone with experience with 310 Shakes?

No experience with them, but give it a shot.
Diet can be helped by just adjusting a few things, imo.
Brown rice, more vegetables, chicken, ground turkey, fish, etc.
No soda, drink water, watch the sweets.
Just make a conscious effort and you will see results.

Anybody planning on ordering the new Insanity Max 30? I am doing body beast during bulking season at the moment, but i will probably get it so I can use it after bulking

They have a challenge pack special for the month of december for it that I am thinking about doing. 180 dollars for insanity max and 1 month supply of shakeology. what is your coach website so I can order it through you?

Started the full T25 program last week instead of a video here and there. Gonna be doing that with 3 days of lifting a week. I am absolutely damn tired right now. Worst is when I did Cardio Monday and did Legs right after.
