Dammit. To be honest, it only hurts when I'm laying down in bed. Once I'm up and stretching, I don't even notice it.
And, this is a recovery week anyways.

Good workout. Did 6 Super Burpees (2 less than my max).
I'm getting a teeny weeny bit of fat on my stomach. May do something about that.
My muscles look bigger, though. I guess that's a good thing.

2 weeks left of coaching and then I'll be back at it. Excited about it. I've been sleeping 4-5 hours during the week between my full time job at the hospital and coaching 3-6 hours a day.

Beast arms today. The force sets curls on the ez bar are killer.
And after a month and a half I can tell my arms are getting bigger. And that vein in my bicep is starting to pop out.
