we might have lost Jabari Greer for a year so why not?

They will bring him in for a look, along with 2-3 others I would imagine. That's what they do.

I like it for depth if anything. We need Vaccaro back ASAP and can't really afford another injury after that. Makes a ton of sense honestly.

I think the OP is full of shite, though.

This is poor troll, I think very few here would be excited about getting Nnamdi.

The guy is done.
Carr would outplay him hard.

The guy's best success came under Ryan's coaching so I don't see the issue with bringing him in and kicking the tires a bit. He's at worst going to come in at the league minimum and the contract won't be guaranteed in any way. If they see he isn't cutting it quickly, they can just cut his arse.
Also, they could sign him to a non-guaranteed contract for the remainder of this season and next with the thinking that if he works out well, they'll have him on the cheap for next season, and if he sucks cut him with minimal cost.

Remember when we got McKenzie back vs. the Pats in '09 and what happened after that?

I think he's washed up but I wouldn't mind having a little more depth

Yeah I'm thinking he could be this years McKenzie. I don't know hold he is, but I think he could if anything just provide depth for these last 6 games and our playoff run. Think about the potential playoff matchups we could have in someone like Green Bay, Detroit, or even Chicago. If we only have Lewis and white as our top two corners, that kind of scares me against a passing attack like that. I think Carr has played well for us, but it just worries me not having pretty much any depth
