SPOILERS

After the Wales-Fiji match in Cardiff during the WC, I went to one of my favourite places in Cardiff with my then-fiancée (now wife). Of course, 90% of the patrons were drunk as frick, but we had a good time, good food, and good drink. The reason I'm telling this story is because, at one point, one of the drunk patrons knocks into us and apologises by saying that 'I'm sorry, but it would be better for everyone if Alex Cuthbert hadn't been born'.

Rob Howley got so much wrong tonight. I know he's taking over for Gatland and he's probably the only person the WRU could get, but he's just not good enough any more. Pulling Moriarty as he's having a MOTM performance and actually getting better as the match goes on to bring on a gimpy Faletau? Keeping Biggar (good as he was) on for all 80? Changing the scrum in response to England changing theirs instead of waiting to see if your dominant scrum keeps dominating? Calling Cuthbert up at all despite him being out of form for at least the last four fricking years? He lost this one.

Every time I watch him, I struggle to see what Davies brings to Wales, and it happened again. Let's just kick it to their danger man with three minutes to go! That'll work great!

I know that hindisght's 20/20, but AWJ should have gone for the posts on the early penalties. You have both Halfpenny and Biggar. You need to take the points.

frick Alex Cuthbert.
