Commercial Real Estate Lenders

My wife has leased her office for the last two years as we've looked for commercial lots or buildings to purchase. We think we've found a location and now I'm looking for lenders to shop who handle owner occupied commercial real estate.
It seems it is much more limited in variety than traditional residential mortgages I assume due to increased risk thus the greater down payment % and higher interest rates.
I've found Wells Fargo and PNC to be two of the larger ones. Any recommendations on others or advice for the process since we've never dealt with commercial property before?

I'm not familiar with any lenders in your area, however i'll tell you for all my rental property i use a local bank. They have a lot more freedom and less red tape than the wells fargo's of the world. Also, if you have any issues you can always go to the bank and talk to someone face to face.

Alot of it depends on who the developer is that the bank will be lending to.
You should look at First Tennesse bank based out of Memphis.

Small local bank that you do business with..... too many people underestimate the power of a close relationship with your banker.
