I forgot about that thread. Went back and saw it and had a good laugh again.
At first he hates that he had a realtor that was eager to show a house without giving 24 hours notice...now the guy takes shitty pictures and he wants to cut him out of the deal.

With couple months of experience I can tell you... anyone not interested in giving a seller a 24hr notice for an appointment isn't that interesting in buying a house.
I've had other realtors tell me this and I've seen it with my own eyes.
It's not too much to ask.
But desperate times call for desperate measures.
I'd rather show a dirty house than no show.
