Lately i have been thinking that Miles is the perfect Coach for College ball of 20 years ago.

It does seem that now a reaal arsehole in college does well and the nice guys....not so much.

By that theory:
Shiano might be a great college coach at a big time program but his bully crap is not working in the pros. Who does that remind you of?
