Did you miss that part? So if we're on that pattern, when do we get the goods? It's been since 07....again I said peak and win it all...not clearly have the best team in the land and shite the bed.
We didn't clearly have the best team in 2011. Bama was damn strong, but we beat them, and they got a second chance. But clearly Les is capable of putting a legit championship run together at least every 4th year, except he averages 10 wins instead of 8. He's pretty much doing exactly what you claim to want, except he had the misfortune of having to deal with second chance Bama in 2011.

the 4 million bucks a year that Miles is paid makes it his fault
Why do some morons bring up one's salary into an argument. If Les made Two million, would the result be OK?

He is the head coach and takes the credit right along with the criticism
You got this right. But salary is immaterial.

Does the thought of that excite you in some way or what...it's.....an...expression....there I typed it as slowly as I could for you.

some people here will still want Miles and others canned
Miles has never received unqualified support of LSU fan-base. Unfortunate aspect of following a successful coach and that coach's current success with a different team in the league. Some people still pine for Saban, who seems to be happy with his current status.
Of course, Les' speaking style does not help. We like to be mesmerized with eloquent speeches and commanding answers.

excuse 1 was he was worried more about getting the correct alignment for the F.G. block.
excuse 2 was he wanted to save the time out and try to ice the kicker.
Les thinks that icing the kicker and aligning players for a blocked FG has a higher probability of success than trying to get a FG after Ole Miss makes a FG. You disagree as an fan. Other than grousing because LSU lost, are there any numbers that show that taking a TO with 24 secs left would have resulted in a Win?

Les is a players coach.....Gotta admit that....but the play nice mentality he has when he has a lead, has bitten the team in the azz on more than a few occassions
Pray tell... When were you leading ?

Did you think that guy was only talking about one game? If you're going to come over here and troll, try a little harder please.

Full disclosure I didn't take the time to read the whole 13 pages. So if this was said already my apologies.
I agree that the HC should get the credit for sucess and take the blame as he should for bad performances. The problem with "most" LSU fans is that they are quick to bash CLM for the bad but seem to completely dismiss his role in any sucesses. They seem to believe he's just a goofy, lucky putz that fell into an easy spot and hasn't earned his place or any accolades.
Seems to me to be a bit of hypocrisy ???

Since Les admited the lose was his fault, he should donate 1/11th of his salary to some charity...then he would really feel the pain and have some incentive to not let it happen again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you do that because you suck at your job ?
No...actually was able to retire at 62 because I didn't suck at my job.
After repeated screwups, MOST people do not continue to be paid large sums of money.

No, just not be responsible for the loss...that is what he said.
You seem to be one of those that can't carry on a discussion without resorting to attacks.

He said it to protect his players genius. Or do you think the timeout was somehow more detrimental than the 3 INTs, zero first half points, or inability to get off the field on 3rd down?

Clock management any one??? Les should have taken responsibly for the O'PISS lose!
