Iceland goes up on Cypress. They'll lock up a playoff spot with a win on Tuesday against Norway.

Definitely.
Current Group B standings:
2. Bulgaria 13 pts (+6)
3. Denmark 13 pts (-1)
4. Czech Rep 12 pts (+3)
5. Armenia 12 pts (-1)
Last set of games:
Bulgaria - Czech Republic
Denmark - Malta
Italy - Armenia
If Bulgaria win, they are likely good, unless Denmark absolutely murder Malta. Of course, if Bulgaria-Czech Republic ends in a draw or a Czech win, a win by Denmark by any margin will be good enough.
Here's the kicker:
After you wipe out the results of the last-placed team in these groups (barring the group with 5 teams), Bulgaria would currently be left out of playoffs. This group does not favor well.

England wins 4-1. Looks like they need to beat Poland to advance.

By my count, the only team from that group that could get into the playoff is Armenia. Since they lost to Malta, they aren't penalized as much in the rankings. Armenia plays Italy in their final game, though, so they need a win and some help in both their group and in all the other groups if they want to qualify for the playoffs.
ETA: nevermind, I forgot that the 2nd place teams in some of the other groups could change, so that changes things a bit

The long and short of it is that Group B is likely done.
