Don't see one tonight. Anyone else watching?

Of course; wouldn't miss it for the world.

This is a make or break episode for me. I'm actually pretty close to pulling the plug. Some of the story lines this season just don't interests me. I want more of the power play.

Particularly when the first half of this season has been much faster than most of the seasons.

That's just ridiculous. This remains my favorite show on TV and has been for the past couple years...

Yeah, at least he went out staying loyal to Nucky.
Liked Al's bro too, sucks for him.
Nucky's talk with his nephew was pretty awesome.

How did anyone not know they were going to pin that on the roommate as soon as he said his name?
Damn Eddie. kinda figured that's what was going to happen. I was 2/3 in predictions tonight.
The Capone/George thing is fricking with my head. At times, I want him to just come out and say why he's working for OBannion and have Capone make tha disappear.
Then at times I want Capone to whack him for being a weird frick. I guess his federal agent background keeps sneaking back into his character? Where the hell is this all going with him??

I doubt Val Alden himself would really know at that point, which I think is really the point and makes him such a compelling character. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place.
The funny thing will be when/if he joins Capone and they spring another Nucky/Van Alden meeting on us.
Posted on 10/6/13 at 11:18 pm to auyushu
I almost wanted van Alden to beat the crap out of Capone.
Little dude is pissing me off.

The way this show ties into reality or history is crazy. Frank Capone was really shot down in front of the Western Electric plant by plain clothed cops. The newspapers reported that he was reaching for a gun because he thought it was part of O'Banion's north side gang and that's when they blasted him. Love that George (Nelson) is the reason that they have him reach for his gun...
This show has amazing writer's and the story lines are very deep. It's amazing how they constantly intertwine fiction into reality and keep so much truth to the actual history of the early 20s mob scene in NJ,NY and Chicago.
Here's to Eddie. Prost!

Loved the scenes with Nucky and his nephew.

Outstanding episode and phenomenal season so far.
Such simpletons that quit on the show for the lack of action. Same people that couldn't grasp the Wire. They need to stick to 22 minute sitcoms that have two independent plots that are tied up nicely each week. Stay out of the big boy threads.
