Faulk maybe? I just can't remember any back ever breaking as many long runs as Hill, shite is amazing to watch...

Lol Hester had like one. Against La Tech.

i don't believe anyone. Maybe Dalton Hillard comes close. Hillard broke a lot a long runs, but he always seemed to get caught before he made it to the endzone from better then 40 yards.

I wasn't following LSU football much back then, but from I what I gather from this message board Hester and Lee were the two greatest college football players ever. So I figured Hester must be the correct answer.

Hill is a pleasure to watch. Sumbitch is a beast.

Who is Sumbitch? What years did he play?

I'm not familiar with him either. I guess I have some brushing up to do on past players.

Sammy Martin.
In all seriousness, Harvey Williams had a few, but mostly against Tulane.
Vincent did have quite a few in 2003, but that's about it.
Faulk...although a lot of his big plays were in the return game.
Collins...for a couple games.
