yes. If you're already up there though in the 10k+ range and you're struggling. I would just go ahead and make a new account and purely level up heroes, not worrying about building unless you absolutely need to (i.e. vaults to get higher cap # to upgrade your heroes when they hit 20/40/60/80/etc and towers for HBM)

im still at 7K and raiding is pretty easy still
i stopped upgrading everything but walls, towers, and cannon.
