What I did to stop the lone archers from screwing me over is I built my walls based around the range of my towers. Every wall is covered by a tower. (my 2 archer towers have +6). I'm focusing on leveling up my ordinary char's special because their the cheapeast (1k,5k,15k). One level 60 angel that you spend 6k on is +150 so that's +6 range on one slot. My setup for beating C with 3 towers is 2 archer towers +6 range, and +2.0 damage to heroes from legendary, and then on the cannon tower I have +40% damage and +15 or 25% chance at a double shot depending on which heroes I put out for defense.
