Can't agree with this. I HATE the Falcons, and well, the Saints usually beat them, and they have never won shite.

Rummy, I agree with everything you state except I would switch Arky to first, and Aubie to close second. I guess because I went to an Arky game a few years ago and witnessed firsthand the absolutely ridiculous amount of inflated self worth of a fanbase I've ever seen.
And I would add Ole Miss to the top tier. Being old school, my dad hated them, and I grew up with the hatred as well. And same deal with inflated self worth. If you talk to an Ole Miss fan, and didn't know any better, you'd think they're relevant in the CFB scene.

Thanks for the memories.

I hate Auburn.
ditto that. mine has more to do with them brandishing the cigars, and then stomping on the eye a few years later.

If you grew up in Texas, you wouldn't like A&M. Just sayin... can't stand most of them

I hate all people, most things I can tolerate.

I am done going to away games at UF. Shitty, guido fans, SS-wannabes for campus police, terrible tailgating, and a town that makes Starkville looks like Club Med.
Don't have a problem with the fans at UT, but refuse to sit in the visitor's section at Neyland ever again.
As for Auburn fans, they are usually a lot nicer at their place than at ours.
Alabama fans are hit or miss. Same with UGA, although Athens is a great college town.

I hate Auburn. I hate Auburn for reasons that are not even Auburns fault (Jamie Howard, shitty referees) and reasons that are Auburns fault (chop blocks, cigars).
This. If there is any one team that I enjoy watching us beat, its Auburn. The most egregious bullshite officiating we see comes out of Jordan Hare.

I like Saban.
Me too. I hope Saban and Miles continue the rivalry for as long as they both coach. Bama/LSU is the best rivalry in college football right now. For the better part of the last decade, that game has had a huge impact on the National Championship.

I loathe whatever team LSU happens to playing that particular week. I want to destroy them, humiliate them, dominate them. I want their coaches to be fired in the locker room by a frothy-mouthed AD just moments after LSU's mortifying victory. I want their players to quit and take up needlepoint and spend the rest of their days quaking under homemade afghans, snuggling with wide-eyed little puppies in a futile effort to erase the lingering shame. I'd like to make their administration reconsider the wisdom of having a football program in the first instance. The sheer malignant, poisonous spectacle of the thrashing should leave their women folk barren and their male fans impotent. The implacable violence and ruthlessness of the LSU squad should force their children to claw the jerseys from their scrawny backs and forsake all dreams of a heaven. I want them scarred. For life. All of them. May their stadiums crumble and their campuses be swallowed by the earth.
Geaux Tigers.
Geaux Tigers.

I absolutely loathe Bama, Auburn, Arky, and Aggy.

Do you loathe everything "A"?

Gump fans make it easy to hate bama. It's like the five year winning streak never happened to them but if the tables were turned they would be falling back on it daily and ending their posts with the expected "ROTFLOL and a bunch of smileys that they believe somehow validates their point and miraculously makes us look foolish at the same time.
Most gump posters say nothing in their replies to begin with but they will always have those lame endings to their replies as if they don't need to debate any issues as long as they end their posts with acronyms and smileys.
Arguing with those idiots just brings you down to their level and nobody can beat the average gump poster at stupidity.

Great topic!
I share similar feelings on the subject. Georgia and Alabama have been great road trips over the years, and their fans have always provided a great atmosphere.
Our history of issues with Auburn also play a part for me, but their recent lack of competitiveness has cooled the rivalry. Fayetteville was a nice trip last year, but without Petrino, this game loses some of its luster.
The new Arkansas on the schedule will be the old Ole Miss returning. This rivalry looks to regain traction. Even though this game is always close, the next few times we play, an Ole Miss win will be less of an upset than in years past.
We've won both times I've been to Gainesville, and aside from the game itself, the experience doesn't really stand out. The Swamp at night can compete with Death Valley, though, IMO.
I must admit that strong feelings for our conference have always been present for me, and they still remain. They're just against it now. I will forever be loyal to my university, but I pull against every other team.
When this year's schedule was released, it was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Having known some of our administration for some time now, I questioned the fairness of determining champions in our conference. And the reply was, "It's a business."
I took time to pause and reflect on many years of travel within our conference to the tune of six figures worth. And I've decided that my support for this conference will only extend to LSU. I cancelled my travel for 3 away games this season.
I'm at peace with my decision. The sooner I figured out that our conference doesn't give a damn about LSU, and that our administration isn't going to rock the boat at the expense of its own income, the happier I became.
So, in conclusion, I hate the conference, and only wish success for LSU. It was not an easy process, after years of toeing the company line.

Sounds like you have some stories to tell!
I can understand how you could feel that way. I hope, though, that one day something happens and you feel good enough to travel again. For me, the trips can sometimes be more fun than the game itself. But, it sounds as if you've been there and back, so maybe the trip is not even worth it anymore.
