My nephew is a freshman at John Curtis and he told me that malachi was decked out in LSU gear. Now there is no way that a freshman would have the inside track on Malachi's commitment just thought I would pass that along. This would have taken place in the last 5 days.

Malachi Dupree (1st visit to Alabama)After football they can open up almost any business and LSU fans would flock to them in support. Or if football is cut short for some reason all they have to do is put LSU football on a resume and they would be way ahead of the pack for great jobs. A lot of it is also networking. They'll meet some great and smart people from Louisiana that could help them later in life. These are just a few of the benefits past football
And you only have to look at someone who goes out of state and bombs, ala Lester Earl, to see how much love they get back here in La then.

When you consider Louisiana kids can stay in-state at LSU and play for national championships in front of friends and family, it makes sense to them.
By keeping over 60 to 70 percent of the best in-state talent every year, Saban turned Louisiana High School Football into LSU's private feeder program.
