Does Fat Cow use premade burgers?

I have no evidence, just a strong suspicion. The texture is a dead ringer for IQF Sysco patties, and the uniformity in size and shape is more than what you'd get from a normal burger press.

The one and only time I had Fat Cow I thought it tasted like a Walmart hamburger patty. Food doesn't taste good and you pay out of the arse for it. No thanks.

Despite everyone who eats there coming out thinking that, they adamantly deny it and claim they hand make them there

Wouldn't surprise me if they did. To me it's worse they're denying it. If you're making them from scratch and they still look/taste like that, that's pitiful. Most average people could make a better burger at home

This is the exact thing my friend said. Based on the uniformity of the cut and the meat almost tasting "fiberous" to a degree

Literally the worst burger I've ever had. How's that place doing?

They pre-make them themselves and freeze them. I enjoy their burgers, but would enjoy them a lot more if they'd cook to order.

I like everything about the place except for their meat..which unfortunately is the most important aspect of a burger joint

I don't know what they use but it is nasty as shite.

It feels like they're chunking meat in a blender, not grinding them.
Which leads me to believe that they ain't making shite.

Ate there once. The meat patty is what keeps me from going back.

Yeah, I thought the fries were decent, and the toppings on the burger I had were stellar. Bun was good too. Love the decor. Too bad the burger sucked.
