When will ESPN realize that nobody gives a shite about steroids in baseball anymore

I agree with this. But I don't think there is a good answer. My guess is right now around 25% of baseball players juice in some way throughout the year. Whether it is HGH, fast acting steriods (some have a half life of hours), juicing during the off season, etc. There are so many ways to beat testing unless it is completely random, unscheduled and frequent and I do not know if we will ever really have a level playing field unfortunately.

And why do you care?
Because that's what i do about sports. If i didn't wouldn't be much point watching them, now would there?

I care about and watch sports too for entertainment, so I wouldn't really care if 9 Houston Astros are out their on the field looking like The Rock and dropping 75 bombs a season.
The Sosa-McGwire chase was fun stuff.
Majority of the public doesn't care about steriod use either.

It's funny but him and Evereth Cabera have been tearing it up this year from the SS position.
Coincidence? Doubtful.

I think plenty of people care about steroids in baseball. This should be an interesting case; I don't know that they will have enough evidence for the suspensions but it should be a good story once all of the records are released. I wonder what will happen to the guys that actually got caught using (Colon, Melky, Yasmani Grandal)? They served suspensions last year- I'd assume they would claim that is when they bought the substances and would not have to serve another suspension?

Please tell what measure jumps out at you where you can point to Cabrera using PEDs.

His all around numbers which were all well above career levels until he pulled his hammy.
He was top 15 in all of MLB in fantasy value when he got hurt. There were about 10 hitters that were putting up overall better numbers when you combined all 5 offensive categories.

So now PED's turns you into a contact hitter? His ISO is right around 2009 numbers. If you look at his BABIP, it'll show that he's getting luckier in his AB's and his speed has always been there.
I'm not sure what runs and rbi have to do with PEDs either.

I dunno whether or not he is juicing. But I would bet he is with at least 80% confidence. His name was not in the records for no reason.
And steriods can do lots of different things beside make someone "swole". They can actually help increase focus and energy without affecting muscle mass. Sorta like aphetimines. Lots and lots of different kinds of PEDs.

Different strokes for different folks. I know chicks dig the long ball, but i'm ok with clean players hitting a reasonable numbers of home runs per year. In fact i prefer it.

Yeah, I do not personally enjoy the game more or less with more home runs or offense.
Most exciting baseball game (especially in the playoffs) is almost always a great pitchers duel IMO.

This could get very ugly. Not good for the game.
