I adjusted some of the sliders, and it has helped out a great deal. lowered AI QB accuracy & catching ability just a bit. Now they aren't going 16/17 throwing. It is much more realistic. I can actually play some defense now.
I've found a couple of plays in Auburn's playbook that just don't work. It is quite frustrating. WR coming across for the sweep play, whoops, QB just starts running the other direction, every damn time.
its going to take a few rounds with dynasty mode to get use to the recruiting. couple of trial runs for sure there.
the coaching tree aspects are pretty cool though.

After owning every game since 2003 and not buying this one, I couldn't be happier right now. As a primarily online gamer, I haven't heard a single good thing about this years game.

Maybe for online, but offline it's fantastic. Anyone hating the offline play is just hating on EA at this point.

Yea, so far I am enjoying the offline play.(which is what I mostly do)
Only done one game so far though. The passing game for LSU seems to be stronger than the running game. Still figuring out what plays I like, and every thing else though, since I hadn't played the last 3 games

Agreed. I am trying to decide to play with Hiesman or All American. Hiesman is fun, but I literally can never get positive yardage on run plays and the opposing offenses just bend my defense over. All American I am scoring at will with my 1 star team. I think Hiesman won't be as bad once I recruit some better players and upgrade my coach a little though.

My three main issues are mundane so far. One stands out from the rest as an actual gameplay flaw.
1. Ball carriers breaking a tackle unnaturally even when getting hit full force
2. Bitches couldn't update SC scoreboard
3. Kirk Herbstriet still has no clue what he's talking about. Everytime I run a curl route and the receiver drops the ball thrown directly at him, Kirk is talking about how I was lucky it wasn't intercepted. And apparently I go for it on 4th and long every time I punt. He tells me how idiotic it was to do that.
Looks like it will be another year with commentators on mute.

I use NCAA to catch up on tv shows or old Alabama games on my laptop while play

So I'm about to nitpick...
The SEC logo on LSU's field is an obvious different color from their tiger eye and enzones. Then they have a huge "®" symbol after the "LSU" in the endzones.
Jeez

how they changed the recruiting is kinda crappy. You can set it and let it go and you don't have to pay attention to it. (note I haven't played it but seeing stuff on youtube on it just looks crappy) Gamestop's review of it really blew it. Still waiting on IGN's review on it. If I get this can't get it till august but I may not get this.

I really like the new recruiting, it puts a real emphasis on leveling up your coach's skill tree. I normally will never take a gaming websites review on a game though. Gamespot gave it like a 60 and Kotaku said it was the best of the series so far.

I like the game so far...I do have a few gripes as other may have the same.
The new physics engine is sweet but my goodness...Ive never played a NCAA with this many roughing the passer and clippings calls. There were 10+ the last game. Gotta adjust the sliders more it seems.
The wish the flip screen for an INT was smoother...it was seamless in 2013...just a little annoying but no biggie.

I couldn't disagree with you more (yeah I know a shocker me and you having opposite opinions) the recruiting is the best change of the series in years. I love recruiting, but the old way bogged the game down too much. Now I can set my board and and just check up on it now and then instead of having to micromange each and every recruit.
World's better.

Does anyone have some good sliders to use? I'm not playing another game until the CPU's passing has been toned down
