Oh I definitely think our midfielders prime locations are

listed as first choice/sub and obviously the Arteta/Flamini are holding/defensive and jack/rambo are box to box.
I completely agree, but all our players need to learn how to play together as a midfield pair. When we played Jack and Rambo together for the first time we got worked by Aston Villa simply because they hadn't figured out who should go forward at what times. With Flamini and Arteta, we shouldn't have that problem, as Arteta is a naturally offensive player who has changed his game since his many injuries to become a superb CM. He can still offer a lot going forward, and he is the only player we have at those deep positions who can actually thread through balls from deep, a la young Cesc.
Hopefully during the season we see all those pairs play together, as you never know who will be paired up considering our injury history.

not to crush the mood, but just last week Wenger said Santi was 3 weeks away and that he was the closest injured player to fitness.

New Orleans Area Gooners: The Gooner On The Road is visiting us this weekend for the Swansea match.
His plan and story is pretty epic. He's traveling the world to watch every Arsenal match with Gooners around the globe. He will be at Finn's on Saturday, and likely staying there for the LSU game afterwards. Other than a midweek stop in Raleigh, this will be his first taste of southern hospitality (and intoxication). Seeing as his goal is to experience the community of Gooners worldwide, I can't think of a better place for him to visit. Come out if you can, or consider donating for his cause, the TNBC Foundation.

I said that Gnabry and/or Ryo will have to step up. It is their time.

Idk I mean I was watching ESPNFC today and they were talking about who had a better title shot, us or spuds. Two of the three guys picked Spuds bc they have more depth, while Arsenal "just have a starting 11." It's kind of a bullshite narrative IMO. We have yet to field our best starting 11 all season. The reason we've been able to reel off seven straight wins despite an unreal runs of injuries is bc we have pretty good depth.

What's wrong with him? I heard he was just "sick."

So our players get hurt puking. Fantastic.

Better excuse than "getting hurt from having too much sex."
Wait, no it's not.
Flamini is a boss.

we look good with a thin arse squad. thank god Arteta is back. Ramsey has been the best player in the pl so far. really amazing the turn around he has had. Hopefully we get that from Wilshere. As much as i have ragged on Arsene, he really does turn no name players into world class.
Only thing i can complain about is the fact that we still cant get injuries put aside. I mean for 7 years now we havent consistently fielded our best 11. Something is seriously wrong.
