How great any one player is will never ever ever ever be contingent upon 1 game in his career.
His finals resume speaks for itself at this point. One game to turn it around tonight and an eventual series win would go a very, very long way in determining his legacy.

I feel like lebron should be hitting about 60% of the jump shots that he is taking right now. The Spurs are playing so far off of him that he could be taking rhythm jump shots every time he comes down the floor. He is an above average mid range and 3 point shooter, so I don't know what his problem is. Obviously, he is at his best when he can drive the lane, but the Spurs have basically taken a stand and eliminated that aspect of his game at the cost of giving him wide open jump shots, which he should knock down.

But he's gonna play like 15 years and have 15 thousands of games worth of data. There's no 1 great game or 1 terrible game that if you switched it would make him this completely better/worse player. There just isn't.

this whole legacy thing is nauseating tbh. (no disrespect to you). Ive never heard of a player in any sport who's had his legacy discussed when he's not even halfway done with his career. I get sick of hearing about it..

I'd jizz my pants and once again have hope that he become the GOAT. Right now I am feeling pretty damn pessimistic though
How's he gonna channel his inner GOATness from his fan base if we're crumbling? You're either with us or against us.

Tonight's winner takes the series.

I am sooooooo with you.... He may be the goat when he retires. WE can decide that then.
For now, he is the best player in the game
Comparing guys whose career is over vs guys who are not even half way through is just silly

It's the age we live in now with instantaneous opinion and debate with world wide twitter trends. Same thing with the 24 news cycle. Everything is immediately sensationalized.

I just feel like rebounding from losing 3 out of 4 finals appearances and playing like complete garbage in the 3 losses is too much to overcome to become GOAT. No shame in being top 5 though. However, I do realize he is young and has plenty of time left to win championships and perform better in the finals. As you can tell, I still feel a bit dejected after Tuesday
