Every year, there's less and less college players. The youth systems are working.

Only names I am familiar with are Yedlin, Joya, Gil, and Villareal. No Pelosi or Guido?

Cuevas impressed me in the qualifiers.

and some of the college kids, like the Santa Clara Keeper, are MLS youth club products.

Was hoping Brooks would accept the invite, at least he turned down Germany for the U-21 Euros too.

Yea it's going to take something pretty special to get out of the group, especially with our friggin arch nemesis ghana also in the group.

What a group of death. It will be good experience for us no matter the outcome. I really don't know much about our younger guys though.

Villareal, cuevas, and gil were studs in qualifying.

European sides at the U20 level are generally pretty weak relative to their success at the full national level and the strength of their squads at the U19 and U21 age groups.
Looking at their lineups, that is probably not the case this time since Spain have such a hilarious backlog of talent and France named fricking Paul Pogba to their side. Could have done with France making the U21 championships.
