quote:I have that one. It is a 20. Got a .40 barrel and it is extremely easy to shoot. Almost no muzzle creep.
Eta: I've shot a few rounds through the 10mm whichever model that is.
Shooting it as a 10mm is a different story

I find that most people have only owned one pistol, and they make the claim that, perhaps, Glock is the best pistol ever made. Blah, blah, blah.....
I you have tactical experience, if you have been to war with a pistol, if you have carried and cleaned you pistol and you have also owned may other brands......then please give an informed choice in this thread.
For Accuracy, Dependability, comfort of grip, speed of reacquiring target and good looks.....
HK P30 is my Number One.
Most of you guys, I'd like to hear your opinion on my choice. I believe that most of you have never shot it and therefore hold fast to you Glock/High Point bullshite pistol answers......simply because you don't really (really) know any better.
Good night

Didn't read all 11 pages. Didn't need to. I don't want my computer gunked up from the semen of Glock fanboys.
There is no "one shoe fits all." As much as I don't like Glocks and won't ever own one, I don't force that on other people. Sure, I'll give them shite about owning a 2x4, but as long as they don't use words like "clip" or "assault weapon" I accept it.
If I'm in a SHTF scenario, I'm going with my Beretta 90 two. With an 18 round magazine and flawless reliability, I am 100% satisfied. The frame has been through over 10,000 rounds and keeps ticking. I've never had to do any sort of maintenance and I've run her dirty on numerous occasions. I can run military magazines, and 9mm is easy as shite to find. I trust my life to it, and that's why it sleeps next to me at night.
Say Glock >> Beretta all you want, but I can't shoot a Glock for shite and can hit the same hole 18 times with my Beretta. And my Beretta has never let me down.
I'm own. Later Glockstars

Not so fast....
Price not being a factor, you are correct.
Calculate Price, and the P30 is not twice the gun a Glock is. I have not fired one, but can't seem to want a 1k polymer that is marginally better than a Walther in ergos (and that is debatable) and twice the price.
Also, when there are Millions of P30s in circulation and they obtain the track record of Glock for everything that matters in a handgun...come back with your argument.

my dad has one (great for him because he is a lefty). I like it a lot. the only thing I don't like about my glock is the mag and slide releases. its perfect to have concealed but I like the bigger releases like the hk has.
