I know on here at least everyone is pretty divided about their feeling of Les and the current state of the program, so I just wanted to give some perspective about how the program has fared since he became head coach compared to the other top programs in the country.

100% agree with you and some of us have been fighting this argument for over a year now. There is a certain contingent of Rant posters that are only interested in 21 games the last 8 years. They aren't interested in the 13 wins last year, they are interested in the 1 loss. They aren't interested in potential reasons why we lost 3 games this year, they only care that Miles has 3 more losses this season. Reality is those people aren't the type of people who would be able to run a successful program if they were in charge. When someone has sustained success and been so close to winning the championship, you don't clean house and start over. Smart people are in charge of the program, hence the success we've seen the past 3 years. The butthurtness will pass once NSD happens. LSU is set up really well with young talent that got experience and really special players committed and coming in this week and in the fall. LSU's program will continue to see success for awhile despite what the 50 or so vocal negatigers post on here.
