No time this time, The Police
Neil Peart pundits, be quiet, sit down, and take notes. I´ll help y´all, it´s his work on the ride that will baffle y´all (I´m already envisioning, ´but Neil can do that ´ obviously with reference to his snare, high hat and fill speed). Neil was and is a beast, but didn't have the ´feel´. Stewart was and is a beast, and had the feel. The difference.

Damn, Cable Guy, I´m going to have to dial up that hit of theirs with her in the convertible.
Meh. However, I do love the trashy garage sound of the drums.

Imagine Dragons.
My girlfriend started playing it in her car out of nowhere tonight. I felt so proud...barely listened to any country the entire time we were out. I'm reforming her! It's finally working!

They have some really good tracks. off the top of my head, Been It, Love Fool, Carnival, Starter. I have their first couple albums. Definitely worth a listen. Their sound matured in a good way.

Talent Show, The Mats
I remember when I bought this album, it was a big letdown. This song opens it up, and I thought, frick, they already were getting watered down, and this is isn´t even hot vinegar! It´s a great song, one just needed to adjust. Tremendously so.
Actually, I thought All Shook Down was brilliant, because it reflected their absolute decompression and desolation from their meteoric ride, and the subsequent death of Bob (not literally, I mean his exclusion, although he may have been dead when this came out). On the other hand, it was 100% Westerberg with what remained of the Mats as his backing band. Pretty damned sad.
