His dad favored LSU a few months back. His parents are smart so that tells me logic might play a bigget part than emotion. That gives me hope.

Do you have a link for that? Would love to read that quote.

I live in Oxford while my wife is in Grad school here at Ole Piss. I live right next to a few football players in our apartment house complex. They give me some smoke here and there about my LSU stickers on my license plate. Cool guys. They don't feel to upbeat about him going there. He has been to few games to watch his brother but that's about it. The Vibe around here is he's not a lock by any means. I still believe he plays with his brother here, kind of like i felt Liggins would commit to them in the square last year. Hope I'm wrong like I was with Liggins " even though he is going there now".

I read that as they sell you some smoke every now and then.

Lol! They do something over there. They always have people in and out. Not to mention they both have nice cars.

I don't have a link but I am pretty sure I read that on the rant. This was a while back before he committed to Clemson.

Definitely count me in the tiny camp that believes he will be in P&G when it's said and done.

. This quote shows me that there is a genuine interest. BUT His Brother is playing a huge part in recruitment, huh? Along with his mom. that will be VERY hard to beat. But anything is possible

He also mentioned Bama, Clemson and Florida still being in the mix. Said Bama is high on his list because they're a great team playing for the NC, and that Saban is a great coach. They just seem like hats on the table though from his comments.

Will there ever be a #1 recruit who will stick with a school instead of playing everyone?

Got this from GatorNation from ESPN.com
“Ole Miss and LSU would be my top two right now,” Nkemdiche said. “I would not say Ole Miss is on top, but they are up there really high.”
For the one-time Clemson commit, LSU has emerged as the prominent Tigers in the race. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive lineman admits LSU has actually been on his mind longer than Clemson.
“I was pretty high on LSU because I liked them a lot way before I liked Clemson, so they have always been in the mix,” Nkemdiche said.
Nkemdiche also responded to an early December report by the New Orleans Times-Picayune that he actually made a silent commitment to LSU before committing to Clemson.
“I was really high on LSU but I did not make a silent commitment,” Nkemdiche said. “I just told them I was really interested and that I might be committing to them but I am not really sure yet. It was nothing serious.”
His feelings on Les Miles and his program have not changed.
