This is why so many herds are out of whack. People can bitch about people not wanting to kill "small racks" but it's really about age and ratio. These poor dumb bastards are WAY easier to kill than does. On public lands with no age or antler restrictions, these guys and yurlins are what you're going to see at the weigh station.
