You wont notice any difference because by law the 14.5 inch barrell has the flash suppressor/compensator permenantly attatched by law. If I were you I would get a 16in barrel with a 1 in 7 twist. This gives you more options as there are some great compensators on the market that further enhance accuracy and reduce felt recoil

Should I go with a 14.5" barrel then get the flash containing tip to make it 16", or just go with a longer barrel?
Make sure if you go with the 14.5 you get the Flash suppressor pinned and weld over the pin or you will technically have a SBR.

What is a good price for a S&W M&P15 stripped lower in today's market? I just bought one and want to know how bad I got ripped off.
People have complete polymer lowers listed for $250+ out there - it's insanity.

I will not pay over $200 for a lower. That's including FFL fee
What'd you pay?
What'd you pay?

I won't tell you how much I paid for an RGUNS upper - I might get banned

Aw well. Could be worse
What kind of upper?

RGUNS 16" barrel, 1:9 twist, 4150 chrome/moly, A2 sight - some no name manufacturer out of Illinois. Quality reviews are generally ok but they have a terrible reputation for customer service.

The process is not difficult you just have to have patience. It takes over 6 months. I am in the process of doing my second form4. I have my paper off to the state now. My next step is a can for my 300 blkout.
