have you tried the "powderless" .22 ammo? its made by an italian company and is quiet. accuracy out to 15 yds is really good.

I bet you're referring to the "Super Colibri" (20 gr bullet at 500 fps) or "Colibri" (20 gr bullet at 375 fps) made by Aquila. These rounds use onlya primer (no powder). I shot some many years ago but was disappointed w/ the accuracy. In addition, the point of impact was so much lower than other ammo (IIRC, hit a couple feet low at 25 yards) that it wasn't practical. Might play w/ it again sometime by setting up my 77/22 for that ammo only.
