How about the coach from Stanford who continues to show he knows how to use his talent correclt and with limited recruting due to school acceptance standards. The TCU or Boise State coach that seams to always have a ranked team with lower talent. Or maybe coach you had that is now at Florida, we all know that won't happen, but a choice. The thing is, you never know who will come until you try.
