You are infering that. I do like him. I do not think he should be void of criticism though.

I'm critizing him for past QB recruiting as well, you are just bashing.

As for playing Mett some in 2011. I listened to Finebaum after the A&M Bama game and they were blasting Saban for leaving McCarron in to long in blow outs. You also might note that he left Mauck in a blow out over Florida in 2002 and he got hurt. The point is all coaches make mistakes like that. Miles (and Saban for that matter) don't typically run up the score when games are in hand, so what real good is it going to do to put Mett in to hand off. The getting him reps in blow outs is grossly over rated. He goes against much better DB's in practice than he would have in the 2nd half of a beat down over Auburn and do you really want to be passing in the 4th of a game like that? Just asking to get someone hurt.

Ask any QB and I bet they say game experience is much more valuable practice and scrimmages.

Not really worried about how Saban is managing his QB's. Miles knew Mett would be entering this season with no experience. It is his job to get the players ready. Every other position we do this why not do it at the most important one?
