Still trying to figure out why Capone would side with Nucky, or why he even cares about the outcome at all. Is it because he thinks Gyp is working with the old boss and he wants to make a powerplay? Potentially cheap booze from the distillery that Nucky got from Cromwell's character?

Capone will use nucky's distillery to supply the entire Midwest. Plus, Nucky took out Remus.
