I have many years experience fishing the marsh before, during, and after duck season. I also duck hunted for many years. A reasonable and responsible fisherman will avoid duck hunters whether it is public or private waters. However, I would love to have duck hunters respect me when I am fishing. Most fishermen will idle by another fishermen but most duck hunters essentially ignore the fishermen and do not seem to be concerned if they disrupt his fishing.

Just my two cents.
