at this point boone, wright, beckham, have been playing well.
we get johnson and this new guy I think we're set hopefully we still keep throwing alittle to the TE and fullback.

Didn't we lose Philip loadholt to ou because our standards were more stringent?

Yep. He has a lot of work to do in the classroom, maube he will be here this summer. Who knows.

I'm pretty sure Gardner was mentioned as a player who could go straight to the NFL in the supplemental draft in the summer, assuming he fails to qualify for LSU.
Is he 3 years out of high school?

WOW
LOL, this guy broke/slipped/burned about 839 tacklers in that video... Will he take over for OB3 as return specialist?

Gardner can bench 315 and squats 425, and in high school he won the state championship in the long jump and triple jump (48’6) and has posted a long jump of 25’7 which was the best jump in Louisiana during his prep years. He has run a 10.67 in the 100-meters and he has run a 21.4 in the 200-meters.

Wow.....if we can get this guy qualified, Les is really loading the offense for bear next year. Our offense will absolutely be loaded....if we have these guys who can stretch the field on the outside, our backs will be able to do some serious damage. If we stay healthy, the offense will have a chance to put up some absolutely silly numbers.

Yes. He has entered DeAngelo Benton territory.
He finished JUCO earlier this year and still had yet to qualify. He has spent this year working out and taking correspondence courses.

Rivals has him in the 2009 class, which would mean he is 4 years out of high school. If he entered JUCO right out of high school, he would only have 1 yr of eligibility remaining. If he stayed out of JUCO the first year (I don't know either way) while trying to get eligible, then he would still have two.

He is not listed as a commitment anywhere. Does he not count?

There are some academic issues that need to be resolved before LSU will accept his commitment.

just looked it up, seems he is from Louisiana but moved to Reno for high school. Anyone know what part of Louisiana?

Does anyone have any confirmation on this at all?
Looks like a really good prospect. Hope he can make it to campus.
