OK, ordered the AHS Oaked Imperial Whiskey Stout All-Grain kit.
I will be brewing next Sunday. I'm going to have to shake off the cobwebs. It's been awhile.

I went with the double yeast pitching method. As i said, it's been awhile since i've done anything but drink good beer. Do i add both of my wyeast packs at the same time, if i'm double pitching? Or do i wait for the first pack to do their job, then add the second?
I will be making a starter, as per usual.
