I get it free on my iPhone and I agree the multiple angles suck .. plus the audio feed is a second off sometimes and you can't choose which broadcast you get.

yes. the centerfield camera does not move once the ball is hit. but i switched it to the pressbox camera. not as good of a view but it does at least follow the ball when in play.
the picture is HD though so it at least has that.
