Worst movie isn't necessarily technically bad or terrible acting or even terrible story. Those movies are easy to name.
But the movie just reeks of other things - making you wonder who the audience is? It's bad despite being competently made by a good director or well acted.
Passage to India (David Lean)
The Other Sister (Diane Keaton)

A movie with gangs who use dance dance revolution to settle their problems? Did those 3 jokers in the rejected scripts okay that idea?

Birdemic: Shock and Terror
Link to the full movie on YouTube. It's worse quality than The Room and has a greater So Bad It's Hilarious factor.
Watched it with RiffTrax (guys who used to do Mystery Science Theater) a couple of years ago...it's by far the worst movie they've ever riffed.

"How Beer Pong saved my Life"
Its on Netflix and it is awful. So awful.

agreed.
I expected a lot more from dreamcatcher and was so sorely dissapointed. but really, when it really comes down to it - i think its the source material versus who directs it.
Stephen King stories are either great adaptations to film, or way off in the opposite spectrum.
the Mist was great (imho) and i felt Darabont did a great job on it. Kujo was great for its time, and to an extent it still holds up.
Dreamcatcher was terrible, Tommy Knockers (while ok for a TV series) was just bad as well.

The best parts of it was watching Timothy Olyphant find stuff and watching Major Winters move stuff around inside his brain.

The only thing I liked about Jaws the Revenge was seeing the water, since it was filmed in the Bahamas. The rest of it is bad.
I thought Jaws 3-D was 10000x worse than Jaws the Revenge. Probably the worst movie Dennis Quaid has ever been in.

You're tearing me apart by saying this is the worst movie of all time.

Anyone who lists Blue Velvet, Solaris or Punch Drunk Love should be excluded from this type of discussion.

watched the last half-hour of Val Kilmer's "Batman Forever" last night, and was stunned at how completely awful it was.
The last 30-45 minutes of Batman Forever are bad, but Batman and Robin is just bad the whole way through.

Easily the worst sequel ever made when compared to the original. Shark follows Brody's widow from New England to the Bahamas (seriously). Shark gets stabbed by the boat in the finale.

I don't think anybody really appreciates how unbelievably awful the ending for Jaws 3 was.

frick you. Birdemic rules! I met the director at a screening and he legitimately thinks he made a good movie, which is sad. Somebody gave him money to do a sequel, though, so he wins I guess.
