re: Can we ask Ingram to fall on the sword like this Japanese MLB player?

Our ST, who art on TD,
hallowed be thy board,
thy rantards come,
thy regulars run,
after a win as it is after a loss
hallowed be thy board,
thy rantards come,
thy regulars run,
after a win as it is after a loss

give us this day our daily Ingram thread.
and forgive us of our redundant threads,
As we forgive them that spam the board.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from retardation.
For thine is the Mercedes Benz SuperDome,
The Who Dat, and the Birthmark,
For ever and ever.
Amen.

Tom Brady - Green-Ellis/Ridley
Peyton Manning - Addai/Brown
Matt Stafford - Smith/Best
Aaron Rodgers - Grant/Benson
Phillip Rivers - Mathews/Tolbert
Drew Brees - Thomas/Ingram
Elite running backs do not exist on teams with elite quarterbacks. Not enough ball to go around. Ingram is here to stay, get over it.

I agree with most of this. Surely you didn't mean to direct that at me.

If you run the ball 95% of the time when Ingram gets in the game...guess what type of defense the opposing team plans for?...you guessed it a running play. When you look at it...its not all Ingram fault..opposing DC knows this so our OC has to make some changes...we run and pass with both Thomas and Sproles but not with Ingram.

Ingram is the most consistent back in the NFL. Every down he runs directly into his blocker and picks up 2 yards.
That's what i figured.

I know you're joking.
But you're also right to an extent.
That's why it's insane we threw 3 times in a row on the one yard line.
Ingram could have pushed through.

That was the stupidest play calling I've seen this year...we were basically gifted a TD and threw it away

I couldnt agree more. Shotgun on the two yard line followed by 2 more passing pays is unforgivable. Payton used to call stuff like that if any of you can remember. Eventually he calmed down. Hopefully little Petey can learn the same lesson.

Need Ingram to push it through on the 1 yard line of Green Bay in Lambeau for a TD....I'm having deja vu for some reason

Bobby just asked Kromer about Ivory and got not one direct answer to why isn't playing over a struggling Ingram. Interview may have taken place earlier but I'm just hearing it over the radio.

what the Jap did ain't nothing compared to what Gil Meche did… he turned down $12 million and decided to retire instead….

Should we blame Ingram? Or should we blame our play calling? This team runs the ball on first down 90 percent of the time and its up the middle. They never run on second or third and its not that hard to figure out how to stop them. This teams offense is way too predictable.

The man did not have a good male role model at home. Then he got advice from Saban. What did you expect?
