I think Cersei makes her last stand at the Rock.

Ok I just finished. Those last 100 pages were great. I'm going to read this thread and all the theories on reddit but the epilogue was great. Ill post more later

No kidding. I got to around page 200 when the thread was at about 350 and I kept losing ground so I said frick it
This was before the summary in the OP pointed out the highlights. I'd just hit those

I don't see her leaving King's Landing willingly.

Cersei will have to face her own "Darkness" as Jamie did.

Cersei is going to die in King's Landing, and it's going to happen in TWoW. Like I said, George stated there's going to be quite a few people sit the throne before the series' end. Tommen and Cersei are screwed. Poor Tommen and his kittens .
Whenever Faegon takes King's Landing, I think the Martells are going to pull a Tywin and the Sandsnakes and Darkstar will kill Myrcella (assuming Darkstar didn't kill her in AFFC and that she was just severely injured instead). Ellaria Sand was right; they're no better than the Lannisters. All the people involved in killing Elia are dead, but the Dornish are really can be really stupid/hot-headed and not think things through like the Iron Born. Not sure how that fits with the Valonqar prophecy, but all of her children would therefore be dead before her and her tears would swallow her before the Valonqar chokes her to death. I still think that Jaime is going to kill her and it's going to be a great death scene, no doubt. But I still think Jaime is going to outlive her and not die until ADoS.
Cersei's storyline is basically finished. We just need the trial to happen:
-Lancel will be the Champion of the Faith
-Robert Strong will kill Lancel with no problem
-Sometime after the fight he'll be unmasked as the monster that Bran dreamed about in AGoT
-Trial will be voided
-Not sure what happens to Margaery but I don't see the Tyrells just twiddling their thumbs if she's pronounced guilty
-Perhaps when Faegon and co sack King's Landing Cersei will light up the Red Keep in the remaining Wildfire caches
-Somehow Jaime will be there and upon finding out that Cersei poisoned Tommen with Essence of Nightshade or Tears of Lys, he'll kill her
-Jaime will survive and somehow escape KL; not sure how, but he will
-Unless Arya uses her Faceless Man skills to pose as Jaime or Tyrion
-Hound will come out of retirement and defeat Robert Strong sometime after all of this happens

The guy that plays Hodor was at the Raptors game last night. They showed him on the big screen and half the arena started a "Hodor!" chant.

I think Jon will be either AA or The Great Other, but the idea of him being the secret heir seems too hokey for Ser 2phat. Lots of butts will warm that seat for sure, and I can see Jaime ending up there at some point - maybe even for a full reign - especially since he is one of the few that doesn't want it at all. Foreshadowing evident in Ned kicking him out of the IT after the sack of KL.

I think it's more likely for Stannis to become The Great Other than Jon. Jon is the hero of ASOIAF.
Ooo, Jaime being King would be completely unexpected! Never thought of that before; he knows how the Game is played and he detests it/all politics. If Jaime ends up King at the end I would be completely surprised and give major kudos to Martin because he'd be down the list with Hodor and Hot Pie in terms of odds of becoming King of Westeros.

Brace yourselves, Hot Pie is coming.

Hot Pie needs to come back in TWoW. Bake some pies.
If they got armor on, it's a battle!!
Goodbye Hot Pie, Goodbye Arry

So I'm into the 5th book of Wheel of Time. Pretty good reads thus far, though I don't think 14 of them is going to bring me to the Winds release unless I take a long break
On as side note, while I am well and enterntained by what I have read thus far, I have underestimated the effect of not a single floppy wiener would have on my experience. I mean I'll be reading about this hot chick and one of the main characters and they are totally about to get it on, and then the damn chapter ends. Really is taking away from the story IMO.

People try to say that having vulgarity in literature is just there for "shock value" but I'm sorry if I'm writing a story about two people sitting somewhere talking about anything I'm going to use the dialect of my time and place. Meaning there's going to be frick, shite, arse, and damn. And chances are the discussion of whether or not a man would like to have intercourse with a woman walking by is going to pop up.

I can see this since GRRM has said that we will eventually get to see Casterly Rock from a POV character
