I forgot about El-P. His work on Killer Mike's album this year was great!

El-P's work on Killer Mike's album was great but I think his production of his own album "Cancer 4 Cure" is better. So many little small sounds in those songs that take many listens to find and then you still have more to go. Once you hear them you start to really get how they fit into the overall song production. The guys a beast. Not a bad lyricist either.
