Is it worth it to see it in IMAX and 3D? Gonna see it this afternoon and didn't want to go into any threads that may have spoilers. TIA

I thought it added more to the film then Avatar in 3D did, if that helps any.
Only $3 more at my local theater to see in 3D, was worth it to me.

Yeah, the whole thing was shot in 3D. It doesn't have a ton of gimicky shots in it but it's worth it imo

Totally worth it, and I normally hate 3D. This was the clearest most visually stunning 3D movie I have ever seen.
It is not your typical 3D experience, it is all about the depth of the scenes as they actually built long deep sets to shoot the scenes to create the added dimension along with shooting it in 3D.

These people are insane. Other than one scene you won't even notice it.
The best 3-D was actually the opening IMax 3D credit.
It isn't even in the same ballpark as Avatar 3-D. Not even remotely close.

I thought certain scenes took advantage of the 3d but I don't think there was any significant improvement by have it in 3d.
I would have rather watched it in 2d and not had to wear those bulky glasses.
