Looking forward to the regionals

Oregon State fan dropping in, looking forward to some good baseball this weekend. Wish we could make it down, we had a great time in 2004 (outside of some PATs;). Always pulled for LSU after that trip, great fans, the tailgating scene was by far the best we've ever experienced on the road!
Btw, saw some comments on an OSU message board which I thought were funny. Gave an overview of some of the boards in the 'Beavers lurking' thread so won't repeat that here.
OSU is playing some good ball lately, sweeping of the quacks last weekend was a beautiful thing to watch. Thinking though it will be a major difference playing down vs a really good LSU team with the hotter weather and big crowds (your stadium looks awesome btw). If they play like at Virginia in 2007, I like our chances, but they better come ready to play! Belmont first though.
Anyway, really wish we could make it down again, but looking forward to some good baseball this weekend!

Belmont first? If you have to use your best pitcher to beat Belmont, you will have no shot against LSU and Kevin Gausman. Now, the question will be if you can beat LSU twice in the championship round. That could get interesting.
Oregon State has been very good recently and should come in here confidently. But playing in front of 2900 Beaver fans is not the same as playing in Regional pressure in front of 10,500 Tiger fans.
