Pretty sure the women that serve the food also cook it so it can be slow if the place is busy...and they're older women

It's just something you have to accept if you go there. I didn't find the service to be that bad all things considered...

Haven't been since '88. It was so cheap ,we could eat there once or twice a semester while we were in school.

Then, service wasn't an issue. I've seen a few complaints on here about service issues now. Maybe the ladies are moving just a bit slower...It's a great hole-in-the-wall Thai joint. Folks should hit it, and if the service is slow, order drinks two at a time. There's always a way to beat the system.
