I have done it...but honestly I prefer to grill the wings and then toss them in sauce. To me that is the best way to do it.

I will even use chicken thighs and toss them in Wing sauce. Texas Pete is pretty good as a sauce.

I have. I approve. I put the rack high with the broiler on. Came out great.

I've had mixed results with this. I like the ease of grilling, but I can't get used to the taste of char on my wings.

I like Texas Pete but I usually steer towards Frank's. Theres a new thick blend of Frank's which I'm considering using this time around.
