The callers seem to think Bama is better across the board. He was doing a lot of "LSU is pretty good at..." "I've actually watched other teams play." "I watched the Tide meltdown against Auburn last year."

hell all he said was LSU has the advantage at QB and the guy was just speechless that he would pick "Jason Lee and the other guy" over AJ mccarron. PF even said Bama would win the game but the fact that he even entertained the notion that LSU might me better than Alabama at one position was just too much for him to handle

He's definitely playing devils advocate with his fellow bama fans.
At least he's giving us respect though. That doesn't happen too often from Mr. Finebaum. This is my favorite football season to listen to Finebaum.
ETA: Let them believe there's no doubt they'll win. That'll make it all the sweeter to listen to the show the following monday.

Gumps usually don't have a meltdown unless they lose to auburn or tenn. They do however will make 6000 excuses if they lose. A meltdown will occur if we beat them on a questionable call.
