In 2008, which game made you lose it with Lee?

As frustrating a season as it was, he had me until Alabama. I pretty much shuddered when he came into the game before this year. I think losing to Bama at TS in OT in 2008 still sticks with him, and this will be the game of his career. He has shown me he is a fighter.

After the UGA game, I was convinced that we did not have a good QB.

Lee was doing okay for most of the year. Towards the end it really snowballed. I remember he had more TDs than INTs and then as the season progressed it escalated.

Alabama for me too.

It was a tough one for sure. The 3rd pick on OT was the killer obviously. We had a chance to win even with the 2 prior picks.

I will say- the playing calling in OT was terrible, especially since we had gashed them for near 200 yards with KW and CS i believe. In OT- Run, direct snap to Murphy, endzone route on 3rd done from the 20. But, he shouldn't have thrown that pass.

He'll get them back in their house on Nov. 5.

Lee seemed to get almost all the blame for the lack of success of the team even though more of it belonged to the defense.

You put 2008 Lee on THIS team and Lee prob has about 10 TD's and 5 INT's

Which sucks for him, because the WR he threw it to on that INT in OT didn't even try to catch the ball. He literally just stood there and watched Bama intercept it. Despite his INTs, he had an excellent season. Probably the best freshman season since Hodson

You must have missed last years Gator win.

You could see from the get-go that Lee had talent, but he was throw in before he was ready due to losing RP. imo

Neither JL or JJ are/have been as without talent as some would want us to believe.

Losing to UGA by 14 and knowing Lee gave them 17 off of INTs was kind of frustrating. I was a homer though, so I was blindly optimistic and he never really lost me. I did jump on the JJ train after the GT game, but I think most of the fanbase did too. Currently I'm glad Lee is starting and get frustrated when JJ comes in, but realistically they both provide pretty good experience and depth to our team.

I never lost it with Lee. He played just fine. I don't think your average fan realizes just how good many of the defensive players he faced were.

The Bama game was pretty bad. They had a good defense but Lee's morale was very low at the time and it only made it worse. We would have won that game with today's Lee. Comfortably.

The Ole Miss game when he went down was pretty bad too. That to me was his lowest point because he pretty much mailed it in at that point.

Never blamed it on Lee in 08, went through some typical freshmen mistakes and snowballed, figured he'd get a little better every year.

I find it odd that they were so wide open with him in 08 as a freshmen and so conservative with him in 11 as a senior when we probably should open it up more.
