If it's a singular seprate transaction the ease will be greater.. The burden is much greater if actual signature was used.. As someone on the company side. . We only were required to produce an authorized signature receipt unless the card was deemed stolen.

Thanks for the responses. Basically I know I am in the right, but I don't want to end up hurting my credit in the long run over a $75 charge that doesn't really mean much.
